This manual lift is very easy to operate. The person using the lift can easily turn the crank to go up and down. The chair back has two positions and is very easy to move. I highly recommend this lift.

I could not use the bath tub with out this unit. I usually use the lift with the back off. From an engineering standpoint this unit is well designed.

For me, this is the perfect lift chair. The back comes off, so I can get the jets from the tub to spray my back. It's very easy to raise and lower the lift. I wasn't sure if I should get this lift or an automatic lift where I could just push a button to go up and down. It's not hard at all to raise and lower the lift, and the back is removable. I'm very happy with this product, as well as all the information supplied by My Home For Life.
