warranty is for real April 25, 2012 Reviewer: E M from Lafayette, LA United States   Almost two years after I purchased this lift, it got stuck in the UP position, and the hand control would only beep. Resetting the hand control did not correct the problem. Thanks to the great service of My Home For Life, Drive Medical sent a brand new lift to replace the original lift. It only took one phone call and the new lift was delivered two days later. I always wonder how good the warranty's are on products I purchase - this one is for real! Was this review helpful to you?

Bath Lift September 19, 2011 Reviewer: G M from Monroe Township, NJ United States   Mark, it arrived yesterday.  So fast! The chair is wonderful!!!!  Better than I can describe.  I'm no longer afraid to take a bath.  More importantly, I don't have to twist and turn to get to my knees to get out of the tub. I truly appreciate all the help that you've given to me. 09/19/11 Update - the hand control on the unit stopped working - because it was under warranty - with one phone call a new one was sent. Bellavita - WHAT SERVICE!!! April 18, 2011 Reviewer: R L from Great Falls, VA United States   I bought a Bellavita bath lift - and just love it. Unfortunately the lift got stuck in the up position.  I reported the problem to My Home For Life, and a brand new lift was sent within 24 hours. Bath lift - great service March 24, 2010 Reviewer: J.H. from Colorado   I bought this bath lift for my mother. When it arrived, the cover had a minor defect. I called My Home For Life and the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. It was a pleasure dealing with My Home For Life. The Bellavita is a great lift. It has kept her safe February 11, 2010 Reviewer: Melinda from OH United States   We bought this product for my grandmother who now lives alone and only has a bathtub.  She was afraid of falling and so were we and we talked about ways that she could prevent this and we decided on a chair for her.  She looked at products and chose this one for how low it got.  She says it works "great".  Her only dislike is that there is no support to get out of the chair when she is done, we are in process of adding a grab bar to her wall for this purpose.  We did/do have an issue with the handset not staying in once the chair is in the down position, we had to move the controller to the left side (she's right handed) and this seems to have fixed it - this may be a fluke in her unit. Bellavita January 27, 2010 Reviewer: J H from Ogallala, NE United States   I bought this lift in October, and have been very happy with it. The lift is so easy to operate - with a push of a button, the lift goes up and down. I really like that it goes down to almost the bottom of the tub. My only regret is not buying this product sooner.
