Your concern about leg room was spot on, and the Mangar bathing cushion was the right answer. Because the bathing cushion does not take up that much space, and is movable, my wife can place it in the exact spot to make her comfortable in the tub. Great Bath Lift June 7, 2011 Reviewer: Art from Greenwood, DE United States   This new type bath lift works great ,exactly as advertised .Takes you complely to the bottom. Allows for complete soaking .This is much better than the chair type lifts which only allow you to sit up in the tub ( when there is a wall arround the tub) .I am very happy with mine .My Home For life offers the best price and with fast shipping .Go for it ! bath cushion March 3, 2011 Reviewer: S M from Elgin, SC United States   We have a custom tub that is about 18 inches deep. I really wanted something that would let me get all the way to the bottom of the tub, and the bath cushion was the answer. Due to a knee replacement I have trouble getting up, but this product takes care of that. I can even put a little air into the cushion once I'm in the bath so I have a little pillow to rest my head on - very nice! This products works as advertised and I strongly recommend it. good option for disabled user September 1, 2010 Reviewer: S M from Hazel Green, AL United States   I do not have use of my legs, so bathing can be a challenge. When I first used this bathing cushion, I almost sent it back. It took me a few times to understand the best way for me to this lift. I wish it did not have the back cushion, or the back cushion was removable (if it did it would get 5 stars!), but for me, this product is great because it relieves the stress on my waist and shoulders when I get in and out of the tub. The cushion does fit tight inside the tub (when inflated) and provides good support. When I let the air out, it takes me all the way to the bottom of the tub, which is wonderful. This product is easy to get out of the way and also compact enough to take on trips away from home. I look forward to using this bathing cushion for a long time. Was this review helpful to you?

Mangar Bathing Cushion is a winner! August 26, 2010 Reviewer: R S from Toledo, OH United States   This product works extremely well. The material is very thick - about the same thickness as my Select Comfort Mattress. The compressor that comes with it has a noise - but it's not too loud. What I like best about it is that it takes the user all the way down to the bottom, something no other bath lift can do. This product is a winner and I got it for a great price.
