Every couple of years the suction cups need to be replace on my bath lift due to age, wear and tear.  My Go to place is My Home For Life.  

One suggestion I brought up for the Hand Control is:  The Up/Down button should have a lock in place for people who have arthritic hands.  The chair takes about a minute and a half to descend/ascend and while that doesn't seem like a long time, it is when it is painful to hold the button down.  Hoping that Aquatec will consider making this small change.

The old hand control had lasted almost 7 years, well past the 3-5 normal life I was told.  The new one arrived quickly and seems to hold a charge even after having been used.  We keep it plugged in during the time it is not in use.
