Extraordinary customer service! Mark helped us determine which transport chair would best meet our needs. We decided on Karman S-115. So easy to get in and out of vehicle. Sturdy! The 18inch seat is very comfortable for our 200 pound mom. Out of the box I was concerned about it tipping, but once Mom sat in the chair, I realized that wouldn’t be a problem. Removable leg rests, but I don’t have to remove them to put chair in car, which is a real time saver. Arms fit under a table. The bigger front wheels allow us to roll over bumpy sidewalks, parking lots, and pathways. We still approach high thresholds backwards, but otherwise flawless ride. We opted for companion brakes and are glad we did. Mom’s comfort and safety, as well as my own spinal health are important. Well built chair despite being lightweight. Wise investment.
